In 2018, the Mojkovac company received a concession for the construction of sHPPs on the part of the Mišnića potok watercourse
The Energy and Utilities Regulatory Agency has granted the Mojkovac-based company Manira Hydro the status of a privileged producer of electricity for the small hydropower plant (sHPP) “Elektrani Mišnića”.
The Agency announced yesterday that the Mojkovac company will have this status for 12 years, starting on March 16 this year.
“This company will have the right to incentive measures that were valid on November 15, 2019,” the Agency announced.
According to the data from the Central Registry, this company was founded by Radoje Mišnić, who is also the executive director and the company “Siemens Engineering” from Podgorica.
The company was founded in 2017 and since then, until last year, it has had one employee.
On July 26, 2018, the Government passed a Decision on granting a concession for the construction of SHPP “Elektrana Mišnića” on the part of the watercourse Mišnića potok, and in October of that year a concession agreement was concluded for a period of 30 years. The contract defines that the concession fee is fixed and amounts to 6.1 percent of the planned annual electricity production, as well as that the concession fee cannot be reduced due to the fact that the annual electricity production is below the planned one.
The Board of Directors of the Agency also made a decision to grant the company Kalamper from Bar a license for the transport of petroleum products by means of transport and wholesale of petroleum products. Kalamper will receive the license for a period of 10 years, which is valid from March 31 this year.
At the meeting of the Board of Directors, it was decided to revoke the license of the Podgorica company Transrad to perform the activity of wholesale of petroleum products, as well as to adopt the request of the Niksic company VN Commerce to change the license to perform the activity of transporting petroleum products by transport.
