The President of the Democratic People’s Party (DNP), one of the leaders of the Democratic Front (DF) and MP Milan Knezevic posted a picture of the ballot from the local elections that are being held in Niksic on the social network Twitter.

The Law on the Election of Councilors and Deputies was violated by photographing the ballot.

Article 71a of this law states: “The use of electronic communication devices (telephone, mobile phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) is prohibited in the voting room.”

It is not known that Knezevic has the right to vote in Niksic.

“Milan Knezevic from the Coalition for the Future of Montenegro posted a photo of the ballot with the rounded coalition number 4 on his Twitter. Based on the ballot control number, the MEC can determine which BM this voter voted on,” CEMI states.
